The language does not matter...
but the libraries does. this does not seem so controversial, until you look at what the trolls and dogs say about the languages:

We have all seen it an Identi.ca, status.net, twiittard and 4chan. this was my possision on java, I hated java, and loved C and C#, then I saw Minecraft.... It changed my point of view, it is realy not the language that is the problem, but programmers, some languages fit some programers better then others, dynamic languages like Python is fun to program with, and Java is better at being cross-platform then C.
The fact that Minecraft is as fast at it is is remarkable, considering it has to calculate what blocs to show and at the same time generate thousands of blocks in seconds. The logic is just remarkable and shows the that is is not the language that is the problem, but the programmer. Java has not sucked in several years, it now has JIT which is/was one of the selling points of C#/Mono (Monos jit is faster then the Microsoft jit implementation*).
Now even C can be compiled into code that is run in a jit (LLMV and CLang). and the once slow language Python has its own jit**, which is fast as fuck***.
Toolkits does not matter...
I am a GTK fan boy, and I hate Qt.... well maybe not, some of my favourite apps are written in Qt: mumble-client and bzr explorer. but there do not integrate well in to the desktop environment that I use (Gnome). but truly the problem here is not that Qt is bad but that GTK looks better on my desktop.
The DVCS/DRCS does not matter....
.... as long as I can use bzr to get your git.
I do follow some projects that are using git on bzr, but some projects are just retarded and are dependent on some aspect of using git to even compile****, whish is a relay bad decision making imho. when writing code and using DVCSs, do not make it unmigrational, or that it can not be pulled in other ways then via your DVCS, be it curl, git-bzr or bzr-git*****.
I must say that the backend should not matter here, only that you can make patches and run the code without using tools you do not want to use.
I like bzr b/c its integration into Nautilus and hate git b/c of its way of naming revisions and file handling. That is why I want to get your git with my bzr pull.

Time problem.

Reincarnation:
The problem I have with the idea of reincarnation is the time scale that this universe has, it is fakking old, it is between 13 and 14 billion years old.
When in this time did the sole come in to existence?
In the initial expanion of time/space, in the moments there after when matter won over anti matter, when the galaxies formed, when the Tellus accreted out of the proto solar system we live in, when the first proto cells started to consume energy, when the first beings that fall under the family of Homo started to walk the earth, when Homo Sapiens left Africa? when?
Humans has only existed for a trillionth of the time this universe has.(the first life forms started to emerge about 1 billion years ago, and we, Homo Sapiens, have only existed for not even one ppm of the time life has.)
An other thing that many people do not take in to consideration is that all life on this planet is connected, does that mean that plants has souls too? it would be illogical that plants and fungi and bacteria did not have soles too. this is real a problem I have with vegan/vegetarian moralists, they say it is immoral to take lives, but they are doing it them selves, when eating plants.
The third problem i have is that some people, I know one myself says that personality traits and consciousness are derived from the sole...... yeah, this is something I though myself when i was young and ignorant, but now i see us for what we are, machines, I, you and all the living things all around us are biological machines. Let me prove it for you:
How come people who has had strokes some times have personality changes? and why do we need a brain at all if the sole is what is doing all the calculations that makes up our consciousness? It is just not logical.
What about people who has sufferd from mental brakdows and have no memory of there past self, and has a new set of personality traits? did he lose his sole and got a now one?
Thing about it, and you will start to see the world as I do.

Terror in the homeland.
Let me just say that when i heard about the suicide bomber in the capital reacted with " a what it the what now?" and when I heard that the bomber did not kill anyone i think i said "What an Epic Phail".
now, almost a week later....
I was listening to the radio on the way home and i was listening to P1:s "medierna" ( the media) (i think the show is called) and they were talking to some one from SÄPO (security police) about there now report that just come out about "violence seeking Muslims", the report stated that it was not the ideology that drew people violent but rather that violent people were drawn to violent organisations that may or may not be Islamic in nature. they mode an example where one of the subject in the report was a neo-Nazi before joining one of these organisations.
so where would I as a liberal, left-ish, darwanistic, atheistic, anti-religious, anti-deterministic human see my selfe in this?
I could see my self in many of the examples of what would trigger a person to become a terrorist or some one who would be seeking myself to organisations like these.
and that bothers me... Am I only labelling myself something become I want to be port of something? Am I that seared by the genes in me that i seek belonging? perhaps....
I have some times wanted to start a bloody revolution against religion, but not any longer, I rather have the position that If the religions mob wants blood they will get it, there own*. this may be a irrational wives, I can see it, but it is what I sometimes feel.
When i was young I was violent, but i have now, for the most part, been able to control my violence, and i now sometimes let my frustration out via phaild jokes or surfing the intrawebz. thinking and reading has also been a good thing to make me better at controlling my feelings.
I neither want violence or condone it, but I can see that it is sometimes necessary, but only in extreme cases, where all of the negotiating skills will not do to make people get along.

A member et the Social democratic party here in Sweden has said that the social democrats should tear up the now standing FRA-Lagen** and give the right to SÄPO to monitor, and bug people with out any suspicion of crime. and i think that this is just a non issue; just give them the right to monitor the web with trawling scripts, this would be more efficient then actual monitoring of all traffic that is out there. what i mean is that a fakking 15 yo scriptkiddie can make a (few) trawling script that could monitor the internet better then any "real" monitoring could.
That is it from me, and watch out for the LOICs.

A Manifest for the Internet
In recent time the Usage of LOIC's, botnets and Script kiddy's nifty scripts has made the internet a hole of rabid fuck tards.
I think that what you sow you reap, so the attacks on PayPal, MasterCard, and Visa is what is to be expected of the citizens of the internet. Me may not have built the net, but we inhabit it, and as such we have a right to do what we can to show our discontent with corps and law makers trying to close it down, people are just doing what they can to support a cause.
if this continues then i am afraid that the masses can no longer just stand by and do nothing, it is our future as a people at stake, we the citizens of the internets will develop now weapons to fight you, you who hate what the internet stands for, you ... you...
but I digress.
we the citizens of the internet has gathered around the banners of The Anonymous and the idea of free speech, where WikiLeaks is one of the pillars that holds the banners of free speech highest.
this is a war that those who want to close down the internet can not and must not win, if that happens then all hell will brake loose and people will fire ion cannons at each other, harpoons will smash server infrastructure to hell and back.
the internet is the one force you can not take on, law makers, it will not sit idly by and watch as all that we have built being destroyed.
back to wikileaks: the attack on Swedish Prosecution Agancy (ÅklagarMyndigheten) was not IMHO a grate idea. it only makes the opponent stranger. We are talking rape allegations here, it is nothing to take lightly, and found to be true we can not tAake the highground and use LOICs against law makers. but we need some one that can pick up the banner from the aches and start anew.
